Wafra Capital Partners completed the acquisition of Financeit from Goldman Sachs Asset Management.

Wafra Capital Partners, a New York-based specialty finance investment firm, completed the acquisition of Financeit, a point-of-sale financing provider, from Goldman Sachs Asset Management, the firm's investment platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are very excited to be partnering with WCP through this acquisition. Given the WCP team's depth of knowledge in loan origination platforms, we are excited to work with them to accelerate our services and market penetration in the coming years.
