TietoAkseli to acquire Turun Tilikeskus.

TietoAkseli, a provider of financial and human resources management, auditing and corporate finance solutions, agreed to acquire Turun Tilikeskus, an accounting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Locality and personal service are our strengths, which we will continue to cherish. With the acquisition, we will be able to offer our customers an even wider range of services with the support of TietoAkseli," Vesa Halme, Turun Tilikeskus Partner.
