Exponent to acquire a majority stake in H&MV.

Exponent, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in H&MV, a specialist in high voltage (HV) electrical engineering. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are really excited to be investing into H&MV alongside PJ and John and the rest of the management team.
