ID Logistics completed the acquisition of Kane Logistics from Harkness Capital for $240m.

ID Logistics, a contract logistics provider, completed the acquisition of Kane Logistics, an omni-channel distribution specialist that helps brands quickly and flexibly adapt to business growth and market volatility, from Harkness Capital, a private equity firm, for $240m. "The acquisition of Kane Logistics represents a new strategic step in the history of our Group. It opens up considerable development opportunities for us, particularly with consumer goods customers. We also benefit from a great influx of talent from Kane in the form of dynamic managers who share our same values," Eric Hémar, ID Logistics Chairman and CEO.
