PFM Capital and Roynat Equity Partners completed the acquisition of a 59% stake in Surface Hair.

PFM Capital, an investment management company, and Roynat Equity Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 59% stake in Surface Hair, a hair products provider.
