NN Group to acquire ABN Amro Levensverzekering for $287m.

NN Group, an insurance and investment management company, agreed to acquire ABN Amro Levensverzekering, a life insurance subsidiary, for $287m. "This transaction is in line with our strategy to achieve further efficiencies by leveraging our existing closed book capabilities.
