Enlightenment Capital-backed Aeyon completed the acquisition of Manufacturing Technical Solutions and Marick Group.

Enlightenment Capital-backed Aeyon, a provider of Robotic Process Automation, data analytics, program management, and management consulting services, completed the acquisition of Manufacturing Technical Solutions, a provider of engineering & science, program & logistics, IT, and subject matter expertise solutions, and Marick Group, a provider of cloud-based human capital management and training solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed.
