Webster Financial to acquire Bend Financial.

Webster Financial, a commercial bank, agreed to acquire Bend Financial, a developer of a healthcare financial platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our goal is to simplify healthcare saving and make it easy for everyone to manage their long-term financial wellness. We're excited that this transaction allows us to expand on that mission," Tom Torre, Bend President and CEO.
