Spotify, a Swedish-American audio streaming and media services provider, completed the acquisition of Chartable, a provider of tools for the podcast industry. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our acquisitions of podcast technology players Podsights and Chartable are helpful in our pursuit of up leveling digital audio measurement insights," Khurrum Malik, Spotify Head of Ads Business Marketing.
