Postmedia to acquire Brunswick News from J. D. Irving for C$16m.

Postmedia Network, a media company, agreed to acquire Brunswick News, a news agency, from J. D. Irving, a business conglomerate, for C$16m. “We are pleased that Postmedia, one of Canada’s largest media organizations, will acquire all of our newspapers and media products through the purchase of Brunswick News, which represents an exit from the media business by J.D. Irving, Limited.
