Franchise Brands to acquire Filta Group for £50m.

Franchise Brands, a collection of franchise businesses, agreed to acquire Filta Group, an environmental services provider, for £50m. Filta will continue to operate in all markets as a stand-alone business and brand – albeit under the new ownership of Franchise Brands.
