E-Mart completed the acquisition of Shafer Vineyards for $250m.

E-Mart, a South Korean retail giant, completed the acquisition of Shafer Vineyards, a Napa Valley winery in California of high-quality cult wines, for $250m. The retailer plans to produce new wines on idle land at family-managed Shafer Vineyards, said an unnamed Shinsegae official.
