Capital Bank of Jordan, a bank, agreed to acquire Societe Generale Bank Jordan, a banking company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition will help support the bank's drive to improve its competitive position in its home market and push forward its regional expansion plans," Bassem Al-Salem, Capital Bank of Jordan Chairman.
