IK Partners-backed Mecenat to acquire Frank Students.

IK Partners-backed Mecenat, an international student discount service, agreed to acquire Frank Students, a firm engaged in the student identification. Financial terms were not disclosed. “While students keep on using the same Frank mobile app they’ve grown accustomed to, there’ll be plenty of new things we can now start building and offering for the Finnish student community together," Antti Eronen, Frank Students CEO.
