The Harris family trust and Kings Park Capital completed the acquisition of INN Collection Group from Alchemy Partners for £300m.

The Harris family trust and Kings Park Capital, a private equity firm in London, completed the acquisition of INN Collection Group, a 31-site pub company, from Alchemy Partners, a private equity firm, for £300m.
