Linzor Capital Partners to acquire a majority stake in inConcert and Convertia.

Linzor Capital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in the technology companies inConcert and Convertia. Financial terms were not disclosed. inConcert and Convertía have extensive experience in leading multiple technological processes and migration to the cloud in the main economic sectors for sales generation and all interactions with prospects and customers in oral and written form.
