EQT Infrastructure-backed Meine Radiologie, a radiology and radiotherapy platform, agreed to acquire the radiology business from Triton-backed Aleris, a manufacturer and distributor of aluminum rolled products. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have carried out a thorough sales process and believe the new owners will create good conditions for growing and developing the businesses further.
