Clubessential and Silver Lake to acquire Innovatise.

Clubessential, a full suite provider of membership and club management solutions to country, golf, city, yacht and other private clubs, and Silver Lake, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Innovatise, a provider of myFitApp. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Innovatise’s myFitApp branded member-app platform allows members to access live streaming and on-demand fitness classes. These solutions transform the member experience of any membership- and club-management solution and give gym operators the marketing tools to succeed,” Randy Eckels, Clubessential CEO.
