Atlas Copco, an international industrial group, agreed to acquire Pumpenfabrik Wangen, a designer and manufacturer of high-quality progressive cavity and twin-screw pumps, from Silverfleet Capital, a private equity firm. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary anti-trust approvals and is expected to occur in Q1 or Q2 2022.
