Taro Pharmaceutical completed the acquisition of Alchemee from Galderma.

Taro Pharmaceutical, a research-based pharmaceutical manufacturer, completed the acquisition of Alchemee, a consumer acne brand, from Galderma, a pharmaceutical company. Financial terms are not disclosed. "We are excited to add Alchemee to Taro’s broad portfolio of prescription and over-the-counter dermatology products.
