CI Financial to acquire Merchant Investment-backed Corient Capital Partners.

CI Financial, an independent company offering global wealth management and asset management advisory services, agreed to acquire Merchant Investment-backed Corient Capital Partners, a wealth management firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Corient is an exceptional firm with a first-rate, highly dedicated team.
