RET Ventures, an industry-backed venture capital firm, led a $36m Series B round in Funnel Leasing, a renter-centric platform provides leasing & communication tools, with participation from Camden Property Trust, Morgan Properties, Wilshire Lane Capital, Trinity Ventures, Camber Creek, Essex and Cortland. “RET’s Limited Partners are some of the largest and most innovative operators in multifamily real estate.
