Cox Media to acquire the Austin, Texas, Dallas and Houston stations of TEGNA.

Cox Media, a media conglomerate, agreed to acquire the Austin, Texas, Dallas and Houston stations of TEGNA, a broadcast, digital media and marketing services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We will be pleased to welcome the strong talent at CNM and at TEGNA's stations in Austin, Dallas and Houston into the CMG family.
