Zurhaar & RUBB to acquire O.B.Wiik from KCA Holding.

Zurhaar & RUBB, a real estate and construction group, agreed to acquire O.B.Wiik, a developer of fabric-covered buildings, sports halls and steel buildings catering, from KCA Holding. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With a large professional environment and more available resources, we want to create a leading group, which to an even greater extent delivers solutions according to customers’ needs," O.B.Wiik.
