EQT Partners-backed First Student to acquire Apple Bus.

EQT Partners-backed First Student, a provider of school bus transportation in North America, agreed to acquire Apple Bus, a Missouri-based provider of student and charter transportation services. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At First Student, we see this as a logical step in our strategic commitment to grow our presence in North America.
