Upland Software to acquire BA Insight for $35m.

Upland Software, a company in enterprise software which helps the sales, marketing, and IT teams of various companies to engage with customers and manage projects and costs better, agreed to acquire BA Insight, a provider of enterprise search solutions for global organizations, for $35m.
