Macquarie, an asset manager, completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in S&I, an in-house facility management business, from LG, a conglomerate corporation, for $304m. Macquarie plans to establish a business model by combining advanced facility technology with a digital platform while maintaining the flagship business stable.
