InRetail Perú to acqurie a 12.98% stake in InRetail Pharma from Nexus for $240m.

InRetail Perú, a Peru-based company engaged in the development of retail businesses, agreed to acqurie a 12.98% stake in InRetail Pharma, a company dedicated to the sale and marketing of pharmaceuticals and toiletries, from Nexus for $240m. The transaction removes the overhang generated by this minority participation at InRetail Pharma, eliminates pre-existing rights (including the right to call for an IPO of InRetail Pharma) and consolidates minorities at the public entity.
