Penske Automotive Group, a transportation services company and automotive and commercial truck retailer, completed the acquisition of TEAM Truck Centres, a retailer of medium and heavy-duty commercial trucks. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to welcome TEAM Truck Centres to Premier Truck Group.
