CPSI completed the acquisition of Healthcare Resource Group.

CPSI, a healthcare solutions company, completed the acquisition of Healthcare Resource Group, a provider of customized revenue cycle management solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are pleased to announce the combination of these two leading providers of RCM services.
