ArcelorMittal, a firm involved in the steel industry, completed the acquisition of John Lawrie Metals, a provider of scrap metal recycling services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are proud to be the first metal recycling business in Europe to be purchased by ArcelorMittal as part of their decarbonisation strategy.
