Angeles Equity Partners to acquire RōBEX and Mid-State Engineering.

Angeles Equity Partners, a private investment firm, agreed to acquire RōBEX and Mid-State Engineering, two industrial automation integrators. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with such a talented team. We believe that RōBEX has the ability to become the leading robotic material-handling integrator in the US,” Mike Kay, Angeles Operating Partner.
