Quantum Group, a manager of funds who invests in corporate carve-outs and other special situation across Europe, completed the acquisition of Stena Recycling, a recycler of electronics from Stena Metall Group, a recycling company of metals, paper, electronics, hazardous waste and chemicals. Financial terms were not disclosed.
