Modaxo completed the acquisition of TransLoc from Ford Motor Company.

Modaxo, a global technology organization, completed the acquisition of TransLoc, a provider of microtransit, on-demand services, and fixed route transportation solutions, from Ford Motor Company, an American multinational automobile manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are thrilled to make Modaxo our new home.
