TowerBrook and Related Fund Management completed the investment in Stonebridge Companies.

TowerBrook, an international investment management firm, and Related Fund Management, a real estate investment management firm, completed the investment in Stonebridge Companies, a hospitality management, ownership, and development company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Stonebridge is a strong operator that has demonstrated a consistent history of growth over several decades.
