Englobe completed the acquisition of Terraprobe.

Englobe, a provider of environmental services, completed the acquisition of Terraprobe, a provider of geotechnical engineering services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By working in tandem, Englobe and Terraprobe will be much better-positioned to pursue major provincial transit and infrastructure projects requiring high-complexity qualifications.
