Featheringill Capital-backed Eagle Automation completed the acquisition of VanZandt.

Featheringill Capital-backed Eagle Automation, a company specializing in measurement and automation for industrial customers, completed the acquisition of VanZandt, a distributor for valve automation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The two businesses are very complementary.
