The Sterling Group completed the acquisition of West Star Aviation from Norwest Equity Partners.

The Sterling Group, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of West Star Aviation, a provider of maintenance, repair, and overhaul services, from Norwest Equity Partners, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe that our experience coupled with West Star's industry-leading customer service capabilities will make us a powerful combination.
