Aurora Solar Technologies, a firm engaged in the delivery of inline process measurement, analysis, and control systems, completed the acquisition of BT Imaging, a manufacturer of solar cell inspection systems intended to assist in designing and producing solar modules, for $13m. “We are delighted to announce this strategic acquisition that strengthens and accelerates the commercial development of our process control and yield management solutions.
