Access Group to acquire FastTrack from Harbert Australia Private Equity.

Access Group, a firm that designs and develops business management software, agreed to acquire FastTrack, a cloud-based recruitment platform, from Harbert Australia Private Equity. Financial terms were not disclosed. "At FastTrack, we have spent over 25 years imagining ways to make recruitment businesses stronger with software that drives better business performance.
