Venterra Group completed the acquisition of Ordtek.

Venterra Group, an offshore wind energy services business, completed the acquisition of Ordtek, a provider of unexploded ordnance risk management consultancy. Financial terms were not disclosed. Ordtek has an unparalleled reputation and specialist offering in the pre FID phase of offshore wind development.
