Sonnedix, a global solar independent power producer, completed the acquisition of an 18MW solar PV project from Thai Solar Energy, a firm engaged in the generation and distribution of electricity, for $30m. "We continue growing our solar PV platform in Japan through acquisitions of both operational and development projects.
