Caverion, an operator of energy-efficient solutions for buildings, completed the acquisition of a 80% stake in DI-Teknik, a full-service provider in industrial automation. Financial terms were not disclosed. “As we have been operating mainly in the greater Copenhagen area, Caverion’s size, nationwide presence and capabilities offer significant benefits to further develop business. We believe we can scale up our offering in industrial automation and related services more widely in Denmark and internationally across all Caverion countries,” Rasmus Thygesen, DI-Teknik CEO.
