Cenntro Electric completed the acquisition of a 65% stake in Tropos Motors Europe from Mosolf for €15m.

Cenntro Electric, an EV technology company with advanced, market-validated electric commercial vehicles, completed the acquisition of a 65% stake in Tropos Motors Europe, a manufacturer of electric commercial vehicles, from Mosolf, one of Europe’s largest automotive logistics and service providers, for €15m. "This acquisition adds significant capacity to our production and will fast-track our market expansion and brand recognition within EMEA," Peter Wang, Cenntro Chairman and CEO.
