AM FRESH Group completed the acquisition of International Fruit Genetics from Paine Schwartz for €1.6bn.

AM FRESH Group, a global fresh food company, completed the acquisition of International Fruit Genetics, a premium fruit-breeding company, from Paine Schwartz, a private equity firm, for €1.6bn. EQT will become a minority shareholder in combined entity of SNFL and IFG.
