Investindustrial-backed Procemsa to acquire Aakamp.

Investindustrial-backed Procemsa, a producer of food supplements, medical devices and cosmetics, agreed to acquire Aakamp, a German company in the development and production of food supplements. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is another example of the successful consolidation strategy that Investindustrial has implemented since the beginning of its activity, integrating 150 acquisitions into portfolio companies. We believe that Procemsa is well positioned to continue its international expansion both through acquisitions and organic growth.
