Pandion Energy, an oil & natural gas company in Oslo, completed the acquisition of the Norwegian operations of ONE-Dyas, the largest privately owned exploration and production operating company in the Netherlands. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This transaction represents a new leap in the Pandion story and secures the foundation for further growth. Our asset base is strengthened and, with Nova on stream, our daily production will more than double," Jan Christian Ellefsen, Pandion Energy CEO.
