Wind Point Partners-backed Zone Climate Services completed the acquisition of Smart Care Equipment Solutions from Audax Private Equity for $387m.

Wind Point Partners-backed Zone Climate Services, a provider of HVAC services, completed the acquisition of Smart Care Equipment Solutions, a national service provider of commercial food equipment services, from Audax Private Equity, a private equity firm, for $387m. “Smart Care and its portfolio of companies have a track record of exceptional growth and I am excited to work with their skilled management team.
