Andera Partners completed the acquisition of Unaferm & Levieux Menuisiers.

Andera Partners, a private equity company, completed the acquisition of Unaferm & Levieux Menuisiers, an installation services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This new stage of transmission formalizes the management organization of the Unaferm & Levieux Menuisiers Group initiated in 2015.
