National Pension Service, a public pension fund in South Korea, completed the acquisition of 5 Broadgate building in London from CK Asset Holding, a real estate development, leasing, marketing, property management, and hotel serviced suite services provider, for $1.6bn. The property comprises various commercial and office properties and car parking spaces situated at the building known as “5 Broadgate” in the City of London, the United Kingdom.
